How to Apply

  1. 1Submit a permit application online via the Permit Portal, by email to permits@invillapark.com, or by drop-off/mail to 11 W. Home Ave.
  2. 2Include required documents: site plan, construction drawings, and any additional materials for your project type.
  3. 3Simple projects (roofing, windows, water heaters, furnaces) are typically issued same day as over-the-counter permits.
  4. 4Complex applications involving multiple departments require 10-15 working days for initial review.
  5. 5Pay fees online via the Permit Portal (credit/debit, Google Pay, or eCheck) or in person.
  6. 6Once approved, post the permit visibly at the job site.
  7. 7Schedule required inspections through the Permitting Division as work progresses.
  8. 8Request a final inspection upon completion to close out the permit.
