NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDS VILLAGE OF CHATHAM – REFUSE COLLECTION. Notice is hereby given, that the Village of Chatham will accept sealed bids for REFUSE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL. BID instructions, specifications, and information may be found at https://villageofchathamny.gov/requests-for-bids-proposals-and-qualifications. Email inquiries to the Village Clerk at dkelleher@villageofchathamny.gov. Bids must be returned to the office of the Village Clerk located at Tracy Memorial Hall, 77 Main Street, Chatham, NY, no later than 1:00 pm on May 11, 2026. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: 1. Enclosed is a sealed BID, 2. Village of Chatham Trash and Recycling Pickup and Disposal, 3. May 11, 2026; 1:00pm – Bid Deadline, 4. <Company name>. Bids will be opened at the Village Hall immediately following the deadline for submission of bids. Bidders are invited to attend.
