TOWN OF MIDDLEBURY - DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD MONDAY, APRIL 27TH, 2026 7:00 PM 1st Floor, Large Conference Room, Town Offices 77 Main Street, Middlebury, VT 05753 MEETING CONDUCTED-IN PERSON AND VIA ZOOM LINK The Middlebury Development Review Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27th, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Large Conference Room at the Town Offices, 77 Main Street, to consider the following agenda. The hearing is also available to participants via Zoom video link. Interested persons wishing to participate in this meeting/hearing may do so by attending and/or submitting written comments to J.R. Approval of the DRB minutes of March 23rd and April 13th, 2026 - III. Public hearing business- Hearing participants must take an oath administered by the DRB Chair - 1 . Application (file #2026-007021.000/.002 - PUD Amendment/SD) , continued from DRB hearing date 4/13/26, is a request by Eastview at Middlebury for a final plan/plat approval for a PUD Amendment and 2-Lot subdivision of the 410.8+ acre parcel located 100 Eastview Terrace, pursuant to the Middlebury Zoning and Subdivision Regulations (MZR). The applicant proposes subdividing the property into two (2) parcels. The existing PUD is identified as parcel #007021.002 and the parent parcel is identified as #007021.000 in the Residential-20 (R-20) zoning district. - 2 . Application (file #2026-008140.000 - SD) , continued from DRB hearing date 4/13/26, is a request by Keep Movin’ LLC for a final plan/plat approval for a 2-Lot subdivision of the 5.8+ acre parcel located 2888 Route 7 South, pursuant to the Middlebury Zoning and Subdivision Regulations (MZR).
